Welcome to Sugar Grove Kids!  We at Sugar Grove love children and families.  We believe that children are important to God.  A child's faith begins to develop very early and researchers tell us that faith is pretty much set by the age of 9 or 10.  The words "formative years" are especially important in the area of faith development.  Further, we do not believe that children are only the "church of the future".  Children are the church of today!  To read more about our goals for children and families at Sugar Grove.....

Kid's Grove Worship PDF Print E-mail

A worship experience for children offered at both services.  We believe that children benefit from a worship environment that is designed for their age.  We also believe that families worshiping together has value.  Children learn from seeing their parents sing, pray and worship.  How do we reconcile these two beliefs?

Nursery PDF Print E-mail
We offer an attended Nursery from birth to age 2 at both services and during Bible classes.  Nursery Attendants are trained and screened.  Loving and safe care is assured in Sugar Grove's Nursery.  A nursing mom's area is set aside in the room next to the Nursery.
 
2009/2010 A.W.A.N.A. PDF Print E-mail

AWANA is designed to partner with parents to raise children to know, love and serve Christ.  This fully integrated program is for children ages 3 to entering 4th grade involving games, large group time and scripture memory.  Healthy mentor and peer relationships as well as FUN are our goal! 

 

 

AWANA will begin Wednesday, September 2nd, from 6:30 to 8 pm.  Cost is $25 per child for the year.  This covers the cost of materials. To register online, click here.
